Our mission statement: "To diligently service the critical communication needs of those who serve the public, with integrity and care for our employees and partners. “ DFW Communications began in 1996 in the Dallas/Ft Worth area as the Certified Motorola Service Shop in Dallas/Ft. Worth with 26 Employees. By 2010 our company had grown from 26 employees to over 60 and added multiple locations. Because of our growth, expansive customer base and large coverage throughout Texas and Colorado we have recently changed our name to Crosspoint Communications and now have over 100 employees in seven(7) locations.

Description:
Crosspoint Communications is looking for a high-performing, organized and motivated Sales Manager to help us meet the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets for our Denver regional market. Crosspoint Communications is looking for a person who will keep our company moving forward by developing and implementing competitive and innovative sales initiatives. This person will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Duties:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

• Develop and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

• Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand

• Maintains regional sales staff effectiveness by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies 

Requirements:
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

• Strong business sense and industry expertise

• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
